Proposal for art in public space at Gardemoen airport, pir south.

The main idea for this proposal is a topographic map of Norway with the appearance of lowlands, hills and mountains. The landscape are cut in half, stretched out and mounted on glass.

The length is marked with the heights and the distance in kilometres. Known places as the highest mountain Galdhøpiggen and other landmarks are visible and named. The colour palette makes the difference between landscapes as forests, uncultivated land, marshes, lakes, settlement etc. Furthermore it is variation in the colour palette for light condition as summertime and polar night.

The topographic views are processed in a way which makes an abstract expression, simple to understand, and is another proposal for experience Norway.
